Mocht je twijfelen tussen twee maten, houd dan volgende vuistregel aan: als je kleding bij voorkeur iets losser draagt, kies dan voor de grotere maat. Vind je het prettiger om kleding wat strakker te dragen, dan heeft de kleinere maat waarschijnlijk je voorkeur.
Correct meten!
Meten doe je bij voorkeur in je ondergoed. Voor boverkleding meet je de Borstomvang (A) en voor broeken de omvang van je achterwerk (B).
Borstomvang (A)
Om je borstomvang op te meten, plaats je het meetlint rond het breedste punt van je borst. Let er op dat het meetlint horizontaal verloopt en trek het meetlint niet te strak aan.
Heupomvang (B)
Om je heupomvang te meten, plaats je het meetlint op het breedste punt van je heupen. Let er op dat het meetlint horizontaal verloopt en trek het meetlint niet te strak aan.
